The Fat Burning Super Fruit?

Did you know that raspberries contain a special compound that may increase weight loss?
Before you learn how to unlock raspberries and their ketones, you should know that raspberries alone are a low-calorie, low-glycemic food, meaning that they don't spike your blood sugar levels so quickly.
This is extremely important to weight loss because the higher your blood sugar levels are, this may lead to higher insulin levels, which could promote greater weight gain.
However, raspberries contain one integral compound, called raspberry ketone, which has been shown to be effective at boosting weight loss.
This is one reason why raspberry ketone have been popularized in current media as the hottest weight loss compound around, due to its ability to boost your fat loss results.
A study published in Life Science could show you more about the link between raspberry ketone, increased fat loss, and increased fat metabolism.

Raspberry Ketone and Fat Loss
According to this study, raspberry ketone, which are a major component in red raspberries, may have similar properties to other popular weight loss compounds such as, capsaicin and synephrine.
These compounds have all been shown to exert anti-obesity actions by altering the way your body breaks down and utilizes stored fat.
The authors of this study aimed to clarify if raspberry ketone could prevent obesity and activate fat metabolism in mice.
The researchers set up the experiment like this: one group of mice was fed a high-fat diet that contained either 0.5, 1, or 2 percent coming from raspberry ketone for a period of 10 weeks. The second group was fed a high-fat diet for 6 weeks, then for the remaining 5 weeks, were fed the same diet, but this time with 1 percent of the diet supplemented with raspberry ketone.
They noted that raspberry ketone prevented the normal weight gain in the body, the liver, and visceral adipose tissue that is normally associated with a high-fat diet.
Normally after a high-fat diet, there could be an increase in the accumulation of triacylglycerol in the liver, which could decrease your liver function. The researchers showed that raspberry ketone was able to decrease not only weight, but also liver triacylglycerol stores AFTER it had already accumulated in the liver.
They did show that raspberry ketone was able to increase norepinephrine-induced lipolysis (fat breakdown) by shifting the hormone-sensitive lipase activity from the cytosol of the cells to the actual fat droplets located in their fat cells.
They concluded that raspberry ketone could prevent and improve obesity and fatty liver.
This research is very exciting and further strengthens the argument that raspberry ketone may be an effective nutrient for promoting weight loss.
Raspberry Ketone and Weight Loss
There are many different ways to approach weight loss, each way holding its own benefits.
However, sometimes the right plan, diet, or exercise program may lose momentum and stop burning fat and boosting weight loss.
Raspberry ketone has been shown to improve weight loss by increasing fat burning in the fat cells, which could prevent fat from accumulating in your liver.
In order to prevent this plateau from happening, a diet full of raspberries (for the raspberry ketone), lean meats, and good fats, could boost fat burn and weight loss.
