The Most Overrated Snack? (skyrockets fat gain)

There is ONE food that most people include into their diet when they are trying to lose fat.
And that is yogurt.
On the outside, yogurt looks like a great, protein-rich snack option that promises better digestion and faster fat loss.
And some brands may live up to that hype.
However, most of the yogurt you find in your local grocery store may be fat traps in disguise.
Yogurt and Fat Loss
If you’re trying to lose the fat – and you want something tasty that is filled with protein – most people turn to yogurt.
And for good reason! Yogurt contains a heaping amount of protein, vitamin D and calcium, and a bunch of other fat-busting nutrients.
However, there is a dark side to yogurt…
And one that may spike your fat GAIN if you’re not careful!
You see, most commercial brands of yogurt may contain fattening ingredients – namely sugar or high fructose corn syrup – which could lead to fat gain and negate any of the fat loss results you were looking for.
Plus, some of those yogurts may contain other fattening ingredients, such as fructose, modified corn starch, caramel color, artificial sweeteners, artificial colors, and even artificial flavors in order to make the yogurt more appealing.
Consider this: Fat-free and low-fat yogurt versions are marketed to people looking to lose weight.
Why? Because there are many people that believe that eating too much FAT may spike their fat gain.
However, here’s the problem with low-fat or fat-free versions: They usually contain the SAME amount of calories – if not more – compared to the full-fat version of the product.
Usually, when you remove an ingredient from a product – such as fat – you need to replace that ingredient with something else to maintain texture, taste, and consistency.
Enter in artificial ingredients, flavors, colors, and sugar.
These ingredients – and not the actual fat – may be the sole purpose you’re gaining fat instead of losing it!
So what should you do?
You should look for yogurt products that are organic and made from the milk of grass-fed cattle.
You should also look for products that contain very few ingredients and contain only natural ingredients, such as whole fruit, in order to get all the benefits of yogurt – without the fat gain.
Also, you should look for yogurt that contains natural cultures in order to improve your digestion, gut health, and give a boost to your immunity.
There are many brands – mostly found in the organic section of the grocery store – that may improve your fat loss without adding unnatural ingredients to the product.

Many people who are looking to lose fat turn to yogurt as a healthy, nutritious, protein-rich snack option.
However, yogurt may not be the best answer when it comes to good health and fat loss.
Most commercial yogurts may contain sugar, high-fructose corn syrup, corn syrup (and solids), and other artificial ingredients that may spike fat GAIN and not fat loss.
If you’re looking for the best way to boost your fat loss – without sacrificing your daily yogurt snack – then consider more organic yogurts that contain very few ingredients.
These yogurts – due to more natural ingredients and less artificial junk in them – may improve digestion, immunity, and of course, could give you a flatter belly compared to the more commercial brands.
