Frozen Mint Frappuccino

4-6 ice cubes (preferably made with coffee)
1 scoop coffee-flavored protein powder
1/2 C. cold milk of choice (skim, almond, etc.)
1/2 tsp. instant coffee
3 drops mint extract, or some fresh mint leaves
Add all ingredients to a blender. Blend on medium speed until combined, roughyl 2 minutes. Serve and enjoy!

Protein: 22 grams
