1. Mangos

A new study shows that people who consume eggs in the morning for breakfast were less hungry, had better meal satisfaction, and had a lower desire to eat anything compared to those who just had cereal!

One of the reasons is the amount of high-quality protein found in eggs (and the fat and choline found in the yolks).

The protein found in eggs may boost the levels of a specific peptide that signals satisfaction in your body.

3. Apples

The old saying, “an apple a day, will keep the doctor away” could be modified for this one!

Not only are apples a low-calorie food that are filled with plenty of water, apples contain a specific fiber – called pectin – that has been shown in numerous studies to suppress appetite and leave you with that full feeling.

However, apples don’t stop there!  Apples also contain another potent nutrient – called ursolic acid, which may increase muscle mass AND boost fat burn!

Another study showed that women who consumed THREE apples a day for 10 weeks (just adding the apple), lost TWO pounds (some more) when compared to those who didn’t eat the apples!
